30 Minutes per Shift Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Travel CNA to join a long-term care nursing home facility in Elkins, WV. This role is ideal for a patient-focused healthcare professional committed to delivering high-quality resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, mobility support, hygiene care, and monitoring while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Feeding Support resident mobility including: Ambulation Transfers Repositioning Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Maintain patient hygiene and comfort throughout the shift Assist with pressure ulcer prevention and skin integrity maintenance Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility care protocols Support a clean, safe, and positive living environment for residents Required Qualifications Active CNA Certification required Current BLS Certification required Previous nursing home or long-term care experience preferred Ability to perform resident care and ADL support efficiently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a healthcare team Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
