•$1500 Sign-On Bonus •Sundale, a 100-bed rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Morgantown, WV, is looking for exceptional and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities include: Recognize importance of role in each resident's quality of life. Provide resident care and assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) under direct supervision of our LPN/RN Supervisors in a safe and friendly manner as well as in accordance with state and federal regulations and Sundale's policies and procedures. Responsive to resident needs. Communicate resident needs to LPN/RN Supervisors and/or Department Heads. Ensure documentation of all resident care and services provided is complete prior to end of shift. Participate in resident care conferences. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Qualifications:

Successful completion and certification from a state approved Certified Nursing Assistant program. The ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and fellow co-workers.
