We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CNA will assist with personal care, mobility, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional long-term care services.Requirements:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, or Healthcare setting preferred
- Experience assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
- Ability to accurately obtain and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient observations
- Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards
- Ability to provide compassionate care to elderly, rehabilitative, and medically complex residents
