candidates must reside outside 100 miles of the facility Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long-Term Care assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care and assist with activities of daily living in a supportive LTC environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support residents during meals and daily routines Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care at all times Float between two facility units/floors as needed Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment Requirements Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Prior Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable approach to care For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
