House Manager - Assisted Living Tranquility Manor LL.C/Harbor View Manor Wasilla, Alaska Full-Time Make a Difference Every Day Tranquility Manor Estates i s seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized House Manager t o lead one o f our licensed assisted living homes serving seniors in the Mat-Su Valley. This i s not simply a scheduling position. W e are looking for a hands-on leader who can inspire staff, maintain high standards o f care, support residents and families, and help create a warm, positive home environment. What You'll D o Lead and supervise caregiving and support staff Assist with staffing/hiring Manage scheduling Monitor resident care and service quality Communicate with families and healthcare providers Ensure regulatory compliance Manage training, coaching, and employee development Conduct quality assurance audits Coordinate activities and resident engagement Oversee housekeeping, food service, and home operations Participate in on-call leadership responsibilities What We're Looking For Leadership experience Assisted living, healthcare, senior care, o r human services experience Ability to be a fair/impartial leader and issue disciplinary actions PRN Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and solve problems independently Positive attitude and professional demeanor Commitment t o exceptional resident care Preferred Qualifications Assisted living management experience Supervisory experience UAA Core Training (can b e complete after hire) CPR/First Aid Certification Medication administration experience Why Join Us?
