Executive Director | Longleaf Liberty Park | Vestavia Hills, AL Lead a Premier Senior Living Community Longleaf Liberty Park , a premier senior living community located in beautiful Vestavia Hills, Alabama, is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead our community. What You Will Do The Executive Director, in partnership with the management company, is responsible for ensuring the stability, growth, and overall success of the community. The Executive Director has ultimate authority and management responsibility for all functional areas of the community.
Responsibilities include:
Determine and implement the mission, vision, and goals of the organization. Provide strategic leadership, planning, and direction on issues affecting the community. Ensure the development and execution of sound programs, policies, procedures, and best practices related to: Marketing and sales Public relations Resident services Financial and budget management Healthcare services Facilities management Risk management Quality assurance Hospitality and resident satisfaction Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Provide timely and accurate reporting, analysis, and recommendations regarding community operations. Plan, direct, coach, and evaluate the performance of department leaders. Foster a positive culture focused on resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Maintain strong communication with residents, families, associates, and community stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Leadership Responsibilities The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership of the management team and community associates, including: Recruiting and hiring team members Onboarding and training Performance management and coaching Employee engagement and retention Corrective action and disciplinary processes Employment separation decisions Building a culture of accountability and excellence
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Licensed Assisted Living/Memory Care Administrator in the State of Alabama Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Physical Requirements:
