Company Description Cleburne County Nursing Home is a 5-star, 82-bed skilled nursing facility located in Heflin, Alabama. Role Description The Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of Cleburne County Nursing Home. This full-time, on-site role in Heflin, AL oversees daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, resident services, and quality improvement initiatives. The Administrator collaborates with clinical and support teams to ensure high standards of care, resident satisfaction, and adherence to state and federal regulations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising department leaders, managing policies and procedures, coordinating with external partners and regulatory agencies, and addressing resident and family concerns. The Administrator also leads strategic planning, supports staff development, and fosters a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a healthcare, long-term care, or similar regulated environment. Strong knowledge of nursing home operations, including regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and resident rights. Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation for facility operations. Effective communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills with residents, families, staff, and external partners. Ability to develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Relevant licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (or eligibility to obtain licensure) as required by the State of Alabama. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Commitment to ethical, person-centered care and creating an inclusive, respectful working environment for all team members. Must be located in commutable distance to Heflin, Alabama, United States Leadership and management experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a similarly regulated environment. Knowledge of nursing home operations, including regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and resident rights.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
