In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care, and foster a warm, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Your leadership will drive quality care, compliance with regulations, and the smooth functioning of all aspects of assisted living services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while managing a dedicated team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff members to ensure high standards of assisted living, memory care, and dementia care are consistently met. Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs, including Alzheimer's and other cognitive impairments. Oversee medication administration processes to guarantee safety and compliance with healthcare regulations. Manage daily operations including staffing schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize service delivery. Foster positive relationships with residents' families, providing updates on care progress and addressing concerns proactively. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. Promote a safe, engaging environment by organizing activities that enhance residents' quality of life and social well-being. Requirements Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a strong background in senior care services. Extensive knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a group home or retirement home setting. Familiarity with creating and managing care plans, medication administration protocols, and regulatory compliance standards. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and operational management within home & community care environments. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Relevant certifications in nursing, social work or healthcare management are preferred; long-term care experience is highly valued.
