Job Description

Looking for a Care Manager Assistant. Will be supporting 2 RN care managers to do non-critical appointments and shopping for our clients, many of whom are elderly. Job duties include accompanying clients to appointments and shopping both online and in person with a client. The role is predominantly in the field with 90% travel to clients who are mainly in East Valley and Scottsdale. Mileage is reimbursed and drive time is billable. We are a paperless office, must be computer proficient. Automobile with air conditioning required. MA certification or CNA license required. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
