Full Job Description Group Home Manager Pay:

$17.20-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time We are looking for a caring and reliable Group Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, support residents and staff, and help maintain a safe and positive living environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the group home Support residents with daily living activities Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations Maintain resident records and documentation Administer medications according to policy Communicate with families, healthcare providers, and support teams Transport residents to appointments, day programs, and community activities Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety Assist with supervising Direct Care Professionals Remain available by phone to communicate with staff and management as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Valid driver's license and good driving record required Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to pass background checks and required screenings Physical Requirements Ability to assist residents with lifting and transfers as needed Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift If you are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
