Job Description

Beztak Senior Living wants you to join our family of talented individuals. We are seeking to hire bright, dynamic leaders who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence! At Beztak, we love what we do, and it shows. Our team of caring professionals work together to make our senior residents feel at home in our communities. Beztak is looking to hire a Resident Care Coordinator join our team. Aids the Assisted Living Director in organizing and overseeing the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care operation within a community.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintains consistent contact with residents and family members to provide prompt and courteous resolution to concerns. Deal with resident concerns and requests on a timely basis, in coordination with the Assisted Living Director, to ensure resident satisfaction with management. Ensure current resident files, inclusive of care plans, are properly maintained. Aids the Assisted Living Director in coordinating all aspects of the operation to meet and exceed state regulations. Aids the Assisted Living Director in achieving acceptable results from state and other regulatory agencies. Assists Director of Assisted Living with hiring and training of department team members. Provides support to staff to encourage team work and lead as an example in creating a harmonious environment. Aids the Director of Assisting Living with maintaining community appearance and repairs. Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis. Utilizes technology as a practice to be efficient with community resources. Ensure proper response and handling of all community emergencies with staff. Represents the company in a professional manner at all times. Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills
PERSONAL QUALITIES

Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment. Ability to identify issues before or as they occur.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Five years of experience in the industry or a related field. Working knowledge of the industry. Thorough comprehension of the regulations related to the operation of the community. Excellent verbal, written and listening skills. Proficient computer skills including but not related to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the community's EHR platform.
Pay:
$25.00 - $26.50 per hour
