The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in assisted living, nursing home management, or long-term care, with a focus on providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents. As an RCFE Administrator, you will ensure compliance with state regulations, manage staff, develop care plans, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for residents with diverse needs including dementia and memory care. Duties Oversee the overall operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to maintain a professional and compassionate team. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' specific needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care. Monitor resident well-being, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life are prioritized at all times. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable operations. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate medication administration and medical services. Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff schedules, and regulatory compliance. Foster positive relationships with residents' families and community partners to promote transparency and trust. Requirements Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group home settings with a focus on senior or memory care. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, licensing standards, and operational best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare or social services environment. Familiarity with developing and managing care plans for residents with dementia or developmental disabilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets and oversee daily operations efficiently. Working knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols. Background in social work or healthcare management is preferred; financial acumen is essential. Experience working in home & community care settings or retirement homes is highly desirable.
