Director of Wellness & Assisted Living Make a Meaningful Impact in Senior Living Leadership Pilgrim Place is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to serve as our Director of Wellness & Assisted Living. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative, person-directed care programs while leading a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven senior living community. Why This Role Matters Lead wellness and assisted living services that directly impact resident quality of life Influence organizational strategy and operational excellence Work collaboratively with executive leadership and clinical teams Support a culture centered on dignity, respect, and successful aging What You'll Do Oversee Assisted Living, Memory Care, Wellness Clinic, and Activities Guide resident assessments and care decisions Ensure compliance with RCFE and healthcare regulations Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff Manage budgets, staffing, and quality outcomes Serve as a trusted partner to residents and families
