Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Memory Care Director to join our team at Terraza Court Senior Living in Culver City. As the Memory Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the care services provided to our Residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a passion for providing high-quality care. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of care providers, ensuring they deliver exceptional care to our Residents
• Develop and implement care plans based on individual client needs
• Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and social workers, to coordinate care services
• Conduct regular assessments of Resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly
• Monitor budgeting and financial aspects related to care services
• Provide guidance and support to staff in working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Maintain accurate documentation of Resident records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times

Qualifications:

• Patient and compassionate
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, nursing) preferred
• Proven experience in senior care management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Knowledge of care planning processes and best practices preferred
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with cognitive or physical disabilities
