Schedule:
Full-Time | Day Shift (weekend availability required) About Us Kaego's Richman Gardens is an assisted living community committed to providing exceptional care and a warm, supportive environment for our residents. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Licensed Administrator to manage daily office operations, maintain compliance, and support communication throughout the facility. We're seeking someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, resident-focused setting. Key Responsibilities Administrative Operations Provide a professional, welcoming experience for families, vendors, and medical professionals. Conduct tours for potential residents and their families, provide community information, and support the admissions process. Maintain resident files, digital records, and compliance documentation. Prepare incident reports, move-in paperwork, regulatory forms, and audit materials. Coordinate resident appointments, transportation, and communication with outside providers. Support staffing schedules, onboarding tasks, and internal team communication. Maintain accurate logs, spreadsheets, and reports to meet state and RCFE compliance standards. Assist leadership with projects, process updates, and operational improvements. Resident & Family Support Communicate updates regularly to families clearly and promptly. Help organize resident activities, events, and monthly calendars. Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to appropriate staff. Promote a positive environment that encourages resident engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications Current RCFE Administrator's License required. 2+ years of administrative or office management experience. 5+ years of experience in assisted living, home care, skilled nursing, or related healthcare field preferred. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheet management. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor. High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Must pass background check and pre-employment health screening.
