Executive Director Salary Range $74,882.88 - $79,043.04 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Resident Services Director to oversee all aspects of resident care in our assisted living and memory care community. This leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, resident assessments, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care aligned with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily resident care operations for assisted living and memory care Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate resident care associates Conduct pre-admission assessments and determine appropriate levels of care Maintain accurate resident medical records, care plans, and charts Monitor resident health status and communicate changes to physicians, pharmacies, families, and leadership Order, store, and audit medications; ensure proper medication administration practices Review incident reports and implement corrective actions to minimize risk Ensure compliance with state licensing, HIPAA, and resident rights regulations Track and maintain employee training, immunizations, and regulatory requirements Participate in new hire orientation, ongoing in-service training, and staff development Maintain medical supplies and equipment inventory Conduct community tours and support census growth initiatives Promote a positive, respectful, team-oriented work environment Required Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN, LVN, or LPN license in the state of practice 2-3 years of supervisory experience Experience in assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing preferred Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs (push up to 40 lbs) Must be able to respond to emergencies and assist residents as needed Willingness to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime Moderate to occasionally noisy work environment How to Apply Submit your resume and proof of an active nursing license.
