RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

The administrator is responsible for the overall management of a facility. The administrator will plan, develop, direct, monitor and support all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and financial departments. They will create an environment where staff are highly engaged and focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients, residents, and families.
