Job Description

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - we INVITE you to come join our Team! You will be responsible to have a commitment of providing top quality patient care through the valued facility teamwork. Along with patient care, you will be responsible for other duties such as: > Overall operations of the facility in accordance with current state, federal and local standards and regulations. > Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company to ensure the facility is providing the highest level of quality care to their patients. > Provide an environment that motivates the facility staff to come to work and give their best efforts. > Responsible for the review and interpretation of the financial outcomes of the facility. > Participation in department management meetings.
EDUCATION
> Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICAITON
> Minimum two years experience as a LNHA > Must posses a current LNHA licensee > Knowledge of state and federal regualtions > Posses a preceptor certification
