Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, results oriented licensed nursing home administrator to lead our facility operations with professionalism and compassion. The ideal candidate must proactively manage the company core values: quality of care, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and overall financial viability. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will assist corporate staff on various operational and business related projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a supportive environment for residents and staff alike. Qualifications 2-4 years previous experience in long term care environment, preferably as Administrator or Assistant Administrator Current Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator's license Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care Strong operational, marketing, and admissions skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams Proficient in computer based systems such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook and additional software as required

$130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
