Manage budgeting processes, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable operations. Supervise nursing staff and caregivers in medication administration, health assessments, and emergency response procedures. Foster a compassionate environment by supporting residents' social activities, mental health needs, and overall well-being. Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, families, and community resources to optimize resident care and satisfaction. Lead staff recruitment, training programs, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development initiatives. Experience Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a strong background in senior care services. Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing teams in healthcare or residential settings. Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care strategies, memory care programs, and home & community care practices. Familiarity with developing and managing care plans that address complex health needs such as medication management and long-term health conditions. Strong operational management skills including budgeting, financial acumen, and compliance monitoring. Background working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in group home environments is highly desirable. Experience in social work or related fields that support holistic resident-centered approaches is a plus.
