Wellness Coordinator:
LVN or Med Tech experience Relevant certifications in gerontology or wellness programming are a plus. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy when working with elderly residents. Ability to create and adapt wellness programs to suit various physical abilities and cognitive levels. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in documenting and reporting on resident progress.
