Opens a new window. Responsible for ensuring that individualized services are delivered with excellence, dignity, and effectiveness. Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff. Coordinate client care and implement Individual Service Plans across residential settings, including visiting the residences (located throughout San Diego County), overseeing day-to-day care, and ensuring clients' needs are met. Maintain schedules, documentation, and compliance with service standards. Monitor medication management and write incident reports as needed. Support skill-building in daily living activities. Participate in the Manager-on-Call rotation, during some evening hours and/or weekends. Ensure client safety and provide emergency/crisis support when necessary. •Full-time day hours with ability to support Manager-On-Call rotations during evening hours and weekends• Civitas
