Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Living Services (SLS) Program Manager to join our team in San Diego. This role involves overseeing the SLS program, ensuring high-quality support for individuals with developmental disabilities, and being on call to assist with any issues or questions from employees, particularly during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will be committed to our mission and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SLS program.
• Provide support and guidance to SLS providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality care.
• Be on call to assist with any issues or questions from employees during overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive support for individuals.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations to maintain compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• On call for all SLS staff, for coverage and assistance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a supported living services or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be on call and respond to issues promptly, especially during overnight shifts.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field (required).
• Certification or training in related fields is a plus.
