Position Overview Kings View is seeking a Residential Care Manager to support the daily operations of Eden House while providing care coordination, advocacy, and recovery-oriented services to residents. This role works closely with members, families, healthcare providers, and community partners to promote whole-person wellness and housing stability. Key Responsibilities Coordinate care and support services for residents and members Conduct outreach, assessments, care planning, and health promotion activities Advocate for residents with healthcare providers and community agencies Coordinate services addressing social determinants of health Support members with housing, benefits, transportation, and community resources Monitor treatment adherence and provide self-management education Assist with residential facility operations and health and safety compliance Coordinate hospital discharge planning and transitions of care Use motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction approaches Maintain documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent Valid California Driver's License (Class C) One (1) year experience working with homeless populations, individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or criminal justice-involved populations Knowledge of behavioral health, housing, homelessness, and criminal justice systems Ability to conduct assessments and develop care plans Strong communication and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Kings View is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
