Job Description

Administrator in Training Do you have a passion for taking care of our beloved elders? Do you want to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and ensure top-quality care for our residents? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Cambridge Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Nursing Home Administrator-in-Training (AIT) to join our team. As an AIT, you will work alongside our experienced Nursing Home Administrator to learn the ropes of running a successful nursing home facility.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside the current Nursing Home Administrator to learn about the daily operations of the facility, including budgeting, staffing, and resident care. Participate in all aspects of the nursing home's management, from organizing activities to conducting staff meetings. Develop and implement plans to improve the quality of care provided to residents. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Engage with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
Requirements:
A passion for working with elderly populations and improving their quality of life. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred). Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging environment. Ability to work within the state of CA and move if needed after graduation. 3 year commitment to work as NHA after successful completion of the program and passing NHA license. What's in it for you?
