This senior role exists to deliver exceptional resident outcomes, sustained occupancy, and disciplined regulatory compliance. Opening in Spring 2027 but hiring this position in June-August 2026. Apartment mix includes 86 assisted living apts, 34 memory care apartments, and 16 independent living apartments.
Key responsibilities include:
Direct and coordinate marketing/occupancy strategy, financial planning, human resources, resident services, dining, life enrichment, and building/grounds standards Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and accountability practices; run effective staff meetings and workforce scheduling Ensure adherence to State of Colorado assisted living, memory care, and independent living rules; maintain organized compliance, risk assessment, and quality assurance systems Oversee budgets, review financial statements, and manage variance to plan Required qualifications/skills: Healthcare management background meeting applicable administrator requirements; successful background screening Demonstrated strengths in people leadership, sales/tours to fill rooms, and compliance organization Strong written/verbal communication and customer service orientation If you are a top performer who values recognition and rewards tied to measurable results, apply today. Your Daily Rhythm Your day is structured and pace-setting: you begin by reviewing occupancy and tour activity, then align department leaders on priorities and escalations. You spend focused time communicating with families and referral sources, delivering polished tours that translate service quality into move-ins. Midday, you interview candidates, coach supervisors, and reinforce training standards. You also audit documentation and internal controls against Colorado requirements, closing gaps before they become risk. The afternoon typically includes budget check-ins, vendor coordination, and timely decision-making to keep operations stable. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional availability as needed to maintain high-impact execution.
