What You'll Do As our Nursing Home Administrator, you'll oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compassionate care, teamwork, and compliance with all state and federal standards. This role is ideal for someone who leads with empathy, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and support to an interdisciplinary care team Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Oversee budgets, quality goals, and daily operations Build trust and open communication with residents, families, and staff Encourage professional development and collaboration throughout the facility Qualifications Current or eligible Nursing Home Administrator License Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Integrity, compassion, and a desire to grow in the healthcare field Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and staff Experienced administrators and emerging leaders are both encouraged to apply.
