• Assisted Living & Memory Care (Senior Living) c$150,000 + Bonus Hartford, CT Compass Associates are excited to partner with a highly reputable senior living provider to appoint an experienced Executive Director for a high-end assisted living and memory care community, located locally to Hartford, CT.

This fantastic upscale 100+ unit community is looking for a dynamic Executive Director to drive occupancy and revenue, whilst providing a first class service to each of their residents. About The Company Our client is a well-established, medium-sized senior living provider with an excellent reputation across multiple states. They offer a supportive, team-oriented work environment and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services to seniors. My client is a growing, yet already well established operator in the senior living market with 20+ communities spanning multiple States. Candidate Profile This role would ideally suit an experienced Executive Director that is well versed in AL / MC communities, passionate about delivering a first-class service to senior residents and able to lead across all operational functions within senior living communities. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the leadership, operational and financial oversight of this thriving community including sales, maintenance, housekeeping, and food service. The successful candidate will have previous experience with a successful and evidenced track record within senior living. My client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual with excellent communication skills and first class levels of customer service. Requirements 2+ years experience as an Executive Director within Memory Care / Assisted Living.(essential) Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy Driven with a 'go getter' attitude Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L Management Passion for senior care Excellent customer service skills
