SALARY RANGE
-$125K to $135K per year (Depending on Experience)•
Qualifications:
Must have Connecticut Administrator license Must have experience as an Administrator in long term care Must be a self-starter and energetic Proven Leadership & Management skills Strong verbal & written communication skill Responsibilities of the
Administrator :
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility. Maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for each staff position. Assist department directors in development and use of department policies and procedures and establish rapport in and between departments so that each can see the importance of teamwork. Interpret the facilities policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, and governmental agencies, etc.. as necessary in accordance to board approved practice. Review the facility's policies and procedures periodically, at least annually, and make changes as necessary to assure continued compliance with current regulations. Assure that all employees, resident, visitors, and the public follows established policies and procedures. #5318
