Position Summary The Executive Director serves as the senior leader of the community and is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement. In partnership with Greenbrier Senior Living, the Executive Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of community operations. What You Will Do Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establish and implement the mission, vision, and strategic goals of the community. Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all community operations. Ensure the development and execution of sound programs, policies, procedures, and best practices related to: Resident services Marketing and sales Public relations Fiscal management and budgeting Clinical and wellness services Facilities management Risk management Quality assurance Hospitality and resident experience Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, associates, referral sources, and community partners. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and operational goals. Provide timely and accurate reports, recommendations, and analyses to Greenbrier Senior Living regarding community operations. Plan, direct, coach, and evaluate the performance of department leaders. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered service. Lead community initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and employee engagement. Effectively communicate with residents, associates, resident representatives, and external stakeholders. Perform additional duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of all department leaders and community associates, including: Recruiting and hiring Onboarding and training Performance management Employee coaching and development Employee relations Corrective action and disciplinary processes Workforce planning Separation of employment decisions Why You Are Qualified Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Current Florida Assisted Living Administrator license required. Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, or a related field. Demonstrated experience leading multi-department operations, financial management, and team development. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships with residents, families, associates, and business partners.
