Job Description

Position Highlihghts:
We are a well established Home Health company seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Occupational Theray Assistant (COTA) specializing in outpatient / Part B care to join our healthcare team Work within one building (Assisted Living Facility setting) - no driving between patients Consistent caseload with strong referral flow Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical team and streamlined documentation
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality therapy services under OT supervision Focus on functional outcomes and patient independence Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We're Looking For:
Active Florida COTA license Reliable, motivated, and patient-focused clinician Experience in geriatrics or ALF setting preferred
