About the Organization This is a small but deeply rooted long-term care group with a clear operating philosophy: leadership stays engaged. Ownership is hands-on by design — not because they have to be, but because they believe it's how great outcomes happen. The facility recently completed a state survey with positive outcomes, a strong reflection of the team's commitment to quality care. The incoming administrator will step into a stable operation with a tenured, high-performing Director of Nursing ready to be a true clinical partner.
