About the Organization This is a small but deeply rooted long-term care group with a clear operating philosophy: leadership stays engaged. Ownership is hands-on by design — not because they have to be, but because they believe it's how great outcomes happen. The culture is collaborative and supportive at every level, from the front line to the top. The facility recently completed a state survey with positive outcomes, a strong reflection of the team's commitment to quality care. The incoming administrator will step into a stable operation with a tenured, high-performing Director of Nursing ready to be a true clinical partner. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the facility in compliance with state and federal regulations Partner closely with a strong DON to drive clinical quality, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement Build and maintain relationships with ownership, department heads, families, and the broader community Manage budgets, staffing, and key performance indicators with ownership support and visibility Foster a culture of accountability, dignity, and compassionate care What We're Looking For Active Florida LNHA license (required) Proven experience managing a skilled nursing facility or long-term care community Strong regulatory knowledge and a track record of positive survey outcomes A collaborative, hands-on leadership style — you lead from the floor, not just the office Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with staff, families, and ownership What's In It for You Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Bonus structure that is attainable and actively supported by ownership — built to reward results, not set you up to miss Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision A clinical partner you can count on — a strong, experienced DON who's ready to collaborate Direct access to ownership that is engaged, responsive, and invested in your success A stable, survey-ready facility where the foundation is already solid Ready to lead a team that's already doing it right?
