What You'll Do:
Clinical Leadership & Care Oversight Lead all wellness operations, including nursing and caregiver teams Ensure timely assessments, individualized care plans, and accurate documentation Oversee medication management (ordering, administration, compliance) Coordinate care with providers and respond to resident health needs Drive fall prevention, incident management, and quality outcomes Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing care team Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and workforce planning Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing education to team members Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA regulations and community policies Lead survey readiness efforts and regulatory audits Maintain accurate records and uphold resident rights and privacy Operations & Financial Management Manage department budget, payroll, and staffing costs Identify efficiencies while maintaining exceptional care standards Provide clinical on-call support as needed Resident & Family Experience Build strong relationships with residents and families Communicate care plans and provide education and support Promote wellness programs that enhance quality of life What You Bring ✔ Active RN or LPN license in Florida ✔ CPR certification ✔ 3-5+ years of experience in senior living or healthcare leadership ✔ Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations ✔ Experience with staffing, budgeting, and EHR systems ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
