Administrator in Training (AIT) Pinecrest Center for Rehabilitation and Healing 13650 NE 3rd Court, North Miami, FL 33161 Full-time Full-time Are you an aspiring healthcare leader looking to build a rewarding career in long-term care? We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The AIT program provides hands-on experience and mentorship designed to prepare candidates for licensure and future leadership opportunities as a Nursing Home Administrator.
What You'll Do:
Participate in all aspects of facility operations, including clinical services, admissions, human resources, finance, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Work closely with experienced healthcare leaders to gain practical knowledge of skilled nursing facility management. Assist with quality improvement initiatives and operational projects. Learn state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities. Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred). Currently enrolled in or eligible for a Nursing Home Administrator-in-Training program. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Passion for serving seniors and improving resident outcomes.
