Job Description
Assistant Nursing Home Administrator Needed! Join our Avante Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Team! The newly renovated Avante at Ocala is seeking an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to assist the Nursing Home Administrator in directing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities, including Florida statutes and regulations. This position supports the delivery of high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective facility operations at all times. Why Avante? Qualifications:
Must hold a current, active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the State of Florida in good standing Must meet all applicable Federal and Florida licensure and regulatory requirements Completion of secondary education; Bachelor's degree preferred Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills Must speak, read, and understand English Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a hospital or long-term care facility Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward the elderly Ability to remain calm under stress and work in a constant state of alertnessEducation and Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a long-term care setting Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree. Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license requiredBackground Screening Requirement:
