Job Description

Executive Director Senior Living Community Job Summary The Executive Director provides overall leadership for our senior living community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, strong team culture, regulatory compliance, and operational success. This role leads with love, compassion, and accountability, creating a community where residents feel valued, team members feel supported, and excellence is the standard. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day community operations and serve as the primary administrative authority. Build trusting, respectful relationships with residents and families while upholding Residents' Rights. Lead with love—model empathy, kindness, and respect while holding teams accountable to high standards. Live and reinforce the Providence Pillars in every interaction: warm welcome, courteous respect, anticipating needs, timely responses, accountability, and making others feel valued. Supervise and support department leaders across care, dining, lifestyle, marketing, and facilities. Ensure compliance with AHCA and all state, federal, and local regulations. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and employee relations. Manage labor and operating budgets, payroll oversight, and major purchases. Review incident reports and maintain strong safety and risk‑prevention practices. Coordinate with third‑party service providers. Respond to emergencies and provide on‑call leadership as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant leadership experience. Current CORE Executive Director certification and First Aid certification. Experience leading senior living operations, teams, budgets, and compliance. Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. High integrity and a heart for serving seniors. Additional Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Criminal background clearance. Post‑hire health screening and TB clearance. Lead with love. Serve with purpose.
