Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a hospital or rehabilitation facility and have a current, unencumbered Florida Nursing Home Administrator license. We are looking for an Administrator who wants to make a difference and excels in leading an exceptional team in a fast-paced environment. ADMINISTRATOR OVERVIEW
The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's Degree is necessary. A degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health-related degree is preferred but not required. Must have, as a minimum, five years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or nursing facility. Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet the licensure requirements of this State. A proven track record of good survey outcomes for both Federal and State regulation compliance. Experience in the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of a nursing home, including understanding of profit and loss responsibilities and objectives, achieving programmatic goals and Excellent communication skills and motivating staff in meeting the goal of proving quailty resident care.BENEFITS
