Administrator/Wellness Director- Assisted Living Facility Located near St Cloud, FL Assited Living facility located near St Cloud, FL is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Administrator/Wellness Director.

Salary :

$70K to $80K range Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring full compliance with state and federal requirements. Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures that promote safety, dignity, and well-being. Ensure proper medication management in accordance with established protocols and best practices. Collaborate with the care team to create and maintain individualized care plans for residents. Maintain fiscal responsibility through effective budgeting, expense control, and resource management. Manage occupancy levels, marketing efforts, and community engagement to sustain census goals. Foster a warm, inclusive community by promoting resident participation and social connection. Conduct ongoing evaluations of resident satisfaction and operational effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Must have Florida Certification as an Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) 4-5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care administration. Strong understanding of state and federal assisted living regulations and compliance standards. Proven ability to manage staff and operations in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Compassionate, resident-centered approach with a focus on service excellence.
