The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving business development initiatives, and supporting overall agency growth and performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with home health management experience who is passionate about delivering quality patient care while building and supporting high-performing teams.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee day-to-day agency operations and staff management Ensure compliance with Medicare, AHCA, and accreditation standards Support and collaborate with clinical, intake, scheduling, and sales teams Monitor agency performance, census growth, and operational efficiency Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service Manage productivity, workflow, and operational goals across departments

Qualifications:

Previous home health leadership experience required Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment RN license preferred but not required depending on experience This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the home setting.
