Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Executive Director to lead our assisted living/memory care community with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional resident care, and foster a vibrant, safe, and supportive environment for seniors. Your leadership will drive quality service delivery, staff development, and operational excellence, all while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and financial stewardship. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors through innovative care and community engagement. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality assisted living services that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for residents. Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans for residents, including those requiring Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and long-term care. Manage daily operations including staffing, budgeting, compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensuring safety protocols are rigorously followed. Supervise staff across multiple departments, including nursing, social work, caregiving teams, and administrative personnel; foster a positive team environment through coaching and professional development. Maintain strong relationships with residents' families to ensure transparent communication about care needs and community activities. Monitor medication administration processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to healthcare standards. Lead efforts in community outreach and engagement to promote the facility's services within the local area. Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a strong background in senior care operations. Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia management, memory care programs, and home & community care practices. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in long-term or group home settings. Familiarity with developing and managing budgets while maintaining financial acumen for sustainable operations. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations related to assisted living facilities and experience implementing compliance strategies. Background in nursing or social work preferred; relevant certifications in medication administration or healthcare management are a plus. Pay:
$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
