Resident Care Director

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health & Wellness Director to join a premier senior living community in the Atlanta market. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality resident care, supporting compliance initiatives, and leading/developing a dedicated care team within a resident-centered environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within Assisted Living and/or Memory Care, a hands-on management style, excellent communication skills, and a passion for serving seniors. Qualifications:
