Dietary Director

Dietary Director - Assisted Living Community- Shilot Point area! We're looking for a hands-on Dietary Director who doesn't just manage a kitchen—but takes pride in creating meals that truly matter. This is a leadership role for someone who loves to cook, lead a small team, and build a dining experience residents look forward to every day. You'll be working alongside two cooks, staying actively involved in the kitchen while overseeing operations, quality, and compliance.

What You'll Do:

Lead and work side-by-side with a small culinary team (2 cooks) Plan, prepare, and oversee daily meals for our assisted living residents Ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and aligned with dietary needs Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization Maintain compliance with state regulations and sanitation standards Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare dining (required) A true passion for cooking and running a kitchen Hands-on leadership style—you're not afraid to jump in Knowledge of dietary guidelines, special diets, and food safety Organized, reliable, and team-oriented

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
