Job Description

Job Overview The Senior Executive Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of our assisted living and memory care facilities. This position requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in senior care, including nursing home management, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional operational management skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, focusing on quality of life and well-being. Supervise staff across various departments, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and high standards of care. Oversee budgeting processes and financial management to ensure the sustainability of the facility while maintaining high-quality services. Engage with residents and their families to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate effective medication administration and health monitoring for residents. Implement best practices in memory care, dementia care, and long-term care to enhance resident experiences. Evaluate operational processes regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Experience Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management is essential. Background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Experience in Alzheimer's care, memory care, or dementia care is preferred. Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively. Familiarity with home & community care practices as well as group home experience is beneficial. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and operations management is required. A background in nursing or social work will be considered an asset. This role demands a compassionate leader who is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors while ensuring operational excellence within our facilities.
