Job Description

As the LNHA, you will lead our Skilled Nursing Facility in Georgia, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and the delivery of high-quality resident care. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about long-term care, team development, and creating a positive environment for residents and staff alike.
LNHA Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility operations, including clinical, social, recreational, and support services Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and accreditation standards Lead, mentor, and support department heads and nursing staff Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to promote exceptional resident outcomes Foster strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local community Support staffing, budgeting, quality measures, and overall operational performance
LNHA Qualifications:
Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Georgia Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and facility operations Passion for resident-centered care and employee engagement
