What You'll Bring Proven success as an Executive Director or Licensed Administrator in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting. Demonstrated achievement in sales growth and financial management . Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience opening or leading a new community (lease-up) preferred but not required.
