We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assisted Living Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is eager to step into a well-established community with an established team, high census, and a supportive, experienced team. Our assisted living is part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), offering the advantage of a full continuum of care backed by strong, stable leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and direction for the assisted living community Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead, mentor, and support nursing and caregiving staff to promote high-quality care Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members across the CCRC to enhance resident outcomes and continuity of care Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets Ensure accurate and timely documentation and assessments Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting preferred Leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead with confidence, compassion, and accountability
