Full-Time Royal Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Urbandale, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care, maintaining regulatory excellence, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational success. Position Overview The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of facility operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting outstanding clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
