Pearl Healthcare is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and talented Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Embody the company standard as a high-quality care provider.
• Work with facility staff and consultants in planning and executing all aspects of facility operations.
• Demonstrate strong leadership.
• Proven track record in the industry.
• Maintain a working knowledge and ensure compliance with all governmental regulations.
• Knowledgeable of IDPH rules and requirements.
• Provide support, recognition, information and advocacy for staff, patients, families, and partners.
• Promote practices that maintain high morale and staff retention including effective communication, prompt problem resolution and positive reinforcement.
• Work in conjunction with the clinical nursing team to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and facility standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Manage facility budgets and adhere to the budget guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Educational Requirements Four (4) year Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Maintain a current, valid

Illinois State Nursing Home Administrator's License Qualifications/Skills:

3+years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility.

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal, organizational and communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.
