Job Description:

• Supervise all services provided by the residential facilities to residents and comply with all applicable regulations
• Ensure that facilities are in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations for licensure and Medicaid certification
• Maintain census and referral list
• Prepare and complete all accounts payable, account receivable, and payroll
• Perform all personnel functions, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training, and scheduling
