• Nursing Home :

  Must have IL Administrator license Prior Administrator experience is preferred Must have long-term care experience Proven management and leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities of the Administrator

Nursing Home :

Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility. Maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for each staff position. Assist department directors in development and use of department policies and procedures and establish rapport in and between departments so that each can see the importance of teamwork. Interpret the facilities policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, and governmental agencies, etc.. as necessary in accordance to board approved practice. #7549
